Qbittorret torrents not downloading

I seem to be having a problem with Qbittorrent, I recently tried to see if I could optimize Qbittorrent using a guide that I found online.. My problem is that my torrents stopped downloading and uploading, Everything has stopped. If that loads can download that would indicate that you can at least download torrents on your network. If the Linux torrent does not work for you either then something else is wrong. You may also want to check out r/qBittorrent or the qBittorrent forums for topics specific to that torrent client.
